Looking to celebrate New Year’s at the beach? Save BIG this holiday season with Kaiser Realty’s “New Year’s Special!” Visit us online at www.KaiserRealty.com or give us a call at (877) 405-5587 to ring in 2013 along the sugar white sands of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach1

As residents of the Alabama Gulf Coast, we are able to enjoy the beauty and wonder of the sugar white sand beaches and the breathtaking Gulf waters each and every day. To some, this has been simply a way of life since their childhood, and for others, visiting the beaches and coastal areas is the highlight of their entire year. In order to keep our beaches healthy and the wildlife and vegetation in as pristine a condition as possible, the city of Gulf Shores is sponsoring the Beach Renourishment project to help restore and protect the beautiful coastlines of our area. These efforts are especially necessary following this year’s storm season, which brought Hurricane Isaac to the shores of the Alabama Gulf Coast.

Listed below are the approximate dates (as of November 13, 2012) that each section of our Gulf Shores beaches will be receiving special attention in the forms of underwater dredging, and other necessary procedures to fantastic coastlines for years to come.

·         Little Lagoon Pass to Gulf State Park – November 23rd to December 31st

·         Gulf State Park – December 31st to January 16th

·         Orange Beach – January 16th to March 14th

·         Perdido Key – March 14th to March 29th

As we receive further updates regarding the time frame and work being done to help restore our beloved coastlines, we will be providing updates to all of our past, present and future guests on our website.

Kaiser Realty, Inc. values our guests, our owners, and their family’s safety. We are happy to report that the worst of storm has passed, yet we are continuing to closely follow the developments relating to Hurricane Isaac as there are still significant winds, rough surf and some flooding in low lying areas. Conditions are fully expected to improve throughout the day.

At today’s press conference, Gulf Shores Mayor Robert Craft announced that the popular family destination will be open for business in time for the upcoming Labor Day weekend.

After several days of wind and rain, Gulf Shores reports no significant damage and looks forward to local restaurants, businesses and other area attractions resuming normal operating conditions as soon as Wednesday evening.

“Double red flags are still flying due to dangerous surf conditions, but Isaac is leaving our community in good shape,” said Craft. “We continue to keep our neighbors to the west in our thoughts and prayers.”

While some secondary roadways will temporarily remain closed due to impassable conditions, Gulf Shores officials report that all major roadways are now open.

“As of 12:00 today, the barricades are removed and most roadways are open,” Craft announced.

Kaiser Realty offices are open and our diligent staff has begun assessing the area and your favorite rental properties to welcome you back for Labor Day Weekend.

We will continue to post the most current information available here at www.KaiserRealty.com as well as on our Facebook page, www.Facebook.com/KaiserRealty to keep you updated.
